Low Carbon

This study analyses Low Carbon Technologies in power, steel, cement and transportation sectors. The analysis for cement and steel sectors identified a range of potential mitigation options. A comprehensive roadmap for implementing each policy option was provided including the identification of the key factors that would be involved, the key barriers to policy implementation, and major associated co-benefits. International policies that supplement the suggested domestic policy options have also been described, along with the implications for the structure of international climate policies.
