Nitin Kaswan is an economist with expertise in clean energy, sustainable transport and climate change policy. He specializes in using data-driven research, surveys, and policy analysis to support evidence-based decision-making in energy and climate sectors.
At IRADe, he is working as a Research Analyst, contributing to projects that focus on energy transition, sustainable mobility, and climate resilience. His work involves survey design, data analysis, and developing reports and policy briefs for government agencies, research institutions, and development partners.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Central University of Punjab and is UGC-NET qualified in Economics. He is passionate about applying economic research and policy analysis to advance India’s clean energy transition and climate goals.
